Home The "Swiss Retail Management Institute for Watches & Jewellery" (SRMI) on the lake near Geneva offers a unique overall training for the new generations of high jewellery and "haute horlogerie" retailers.
The SRMI is a totally independent institute which teaches all facets of the managing functions of a retailer such as marketing, sales techniques, administration, stock management, brand management, gemmology, luxury, behaviour, "haute horlogerie", and security among others. The SRMI also offers courses to the retail staff of the Swiss watch brands which develop their own boutiques network. |
